Can I cancel or edit my order after it has been placed?
Orders may be cancelled within 60 minutes of placing your order online. After 60 minutes, your order will begin processing through our fulfillment center and cannot be cancelled.
To cancel your order, please click the "Cancel Order" button to the left.
At this time, orders cannot be edited. If you would like to make changes to your order, we kindly ask that you request to have the order canceled and place a new order.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are typically shipped from our distribution center in California within 2-4 business days and are usually expected to arrive 5-7 business days later. Please note, current orders being shipped to HI or AK may take up to 2-4 weeks for delivery.
Once your order has shipped, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email that contains the tracking information for your package. You will also be able to see it on this page.
How do I return my order?
We hope you love your Allbirds ReRun purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.
Return shipping is $6 if you use the provided shipping label. The $6 will be automatically deducted from the refunded amount.
Returns for Allbirds ReRun merchandise are not accepted in our brand stores or www.allbirds.com at this time. They must be returned via the Allbirds ReRun returns portal.
To get started, please visit our returns portal and have your order ID ready. Please include the return authorization email inside your return package, and attach the shipping label to the outside of your package. Please visit the FedEx locations portal to find your nearest FedEx drop-off location.
