Where's my order confirmation email?

You will receive an order confirmation email from help@rerun.allbirds.com within 10 minutes of the order being placed. If you cannot locate this email, please check your spam folder and other inbox filters.


When will I receive my order?

Orders are typically shipped from our distribution center in California within 2-4 business days and are usually expected to arrive 5-7 business days later. Please note, current orders being shipped to HI or AK may take up to 2-4 weeks for delivery.

Once your order has shipped, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email that contains the tracking information for your package. You will also be able to see it above.


How do I return my order?

We hope you love your Allbirds ReRun purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.

 

Return shipping is $6 if you use the provided shipping label. The $6 will be automatically deducted from the refunded amount.

 

Returns for Allbirds ReRun merchandise are not accepted in our brand stores or www.allbirds.com at this time. They must be returned via the Allbirds ReRun returns portal.

 

To get started, please visit our returns portal and have your order ID ready. Please include the return authorization email inside your return package, and attach the shipping label to the outside of your package. Please visit the FedEx locations portal to find your nearest FedEx drop-off location.
